Custom and Fixed-Content Pathway Panels

The custom option offers you the flexibility you need to design your own panels using our 1.3 million TaqMan® Gene Expression Assays, 4.5 million predesigned genotyping assays—including 2,700 inventoried drug-metabolizing enzyme (DME) assays—or your own custom TaqMan® assays. Custom OpenArray® plates include a suite of 11 formats to address your sample throughput needs (see Table 1).

OpenArray® Fixed Content Pathway Panels are pre-configured TaqMan® Gene Expression or SNP genotyping assays for a specific biological process, pathway, or disease state. (see Pathway Panels).

SNP Genotyping

TaqMan® OpenArray® technology enables you to achieve the highest sample throughput for mid-density genotyping. In a single work day, 36 TaqMan® OpenArray® Genotyping Plates can be run on the OpenArray® Real-Time PCR Platform to generate data for >110,000 genotypes.

Gene Expression Analysis

The QuantStudio™ 12K Flex Real-Time PCR System helps streamline targeted discovery and validation, pathogen detection, and biomarker identification and screening, at a scale previously unattainable. Achieve the highest sample throughput for mid-density gene expression analysis - in a single day, one user can generate >42,000 gene expression data points without the use of robotics.

microRNA Analysis

OpenArray® plate technology on the QuantStudio™ 12K Flex Real-Time System helps streamline microRNA (miRNA) profiling, at a scale previously unattainable. Achieve the highest sample throughput for mid-density miRNA profiling—in a single work day, one user can process 48 samples with minimal pipetting steps and without the use of robotics.
